My pre-natal coaching sessions focus on maintaining functional strength, improving posture to alleviate back pain, and mastering pelvic floor health, all tailored to your current trimester. By combining safe, evidence-based movements with labour-conditioning exercises, we won’t simply keep you active; we’ll build the stamina and resilience you need for a confident birth and a faster postpartum recovery.

I prioritise safely rehabilitating your core muscles and correcting postural shifts through gentle, effective movements that respect your body’s timeline.

Rather than "bouncing back," we will focus on moving forward - giving you the energy and physical foundation to feel like yourself again while ensuring you have the strength to keep up with your growing baby.

I know how difficult it can be to find time and energy to exercise around your baby, so my postpartum sessions are designed for you to train right alongside your little ones.

About Me

Hi, I’m Debbie, a fully qualified Personal Trainer in Dorking specialising exclusively in women’s fitness. Whatever your fitness needs, I aim to provide support and cater exercises to help you move safely and effectively to reach your goals.

Based in Dorking with my husband and baby boy, I understand the challenge of balancing fitness with motherhood. When I’m not training clients, you’ll find me running the Surrey Hills, reading a novel or enjoying a coffee at a local café.

I offer tailored 1-to-1 sessions for women in Dorking, Leatherhead, Reigate, Cobham and the surrounding Surrey areas. I also offer online sessions for those further afield. I specialise in three areas:
